CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fees – Please be aware that a  50% fee is payable if the party/event is cancelled at any time after it is booked in with Character City Entertainment. Furthermore, if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of the actual booking the cancellation fee reverts to the full fee.
